The Blue Giraffe restaurant, in Florida’s Sanibel and Captiva Islands space, has launched a meals truck whereas its brick-and-mortar location is present process restoration.
The truck, which is positioned on the restaurant’s location in Periwinkle Place Retailers, is working with a restricted menu and restricted time-frame, in accordance with a Sanibel Captiva report.
“The Periwinkle Place location was completely destroyed and have to be rebuilt from scratch,” co-owner Invoice Letrendre instructed the information outlet. “The Beachview Estates location was not destroyed and would require a lot much less restore to reopen … If all goes effectively the aim is to be prepared by Christmas 2023 for each places.”
The meals truck is working Monday by Saturday for breakfast and lunch.
