Foodies in San Antonio, Texas who crave the meals and flavors of Puerto Rican fare can discover it on the Pinch-Ito meals truck that operates on the 1604 Cantina Meals Truck Park.
The meals truck is known as in reminiscence of co-owner Maria Mercado’s son-in-law whose nickname was Ito, based on a Kens5 report.
The truck gives up crispy plantains, kabobs and corn fritters. Pinchos is the native phrase for meat on the stick, based on co-owner and chef Luis Santiago.
“Puerto Rican meals is superb,” Santiago advised the information outlet. “All over the world, each vacationer that goes to Puerto Rico, they love the meals.
