The Vocado MKE is a Milwaukee-based meals truck with a mission: sharing a love of avocado toast.
Proprietor Evan Nevels believes the avocado fare is not any waning pattern in terms of what customers like to eat and he is constructed his meals truck operations on that premise, in accordance with a Milwaukee Journal Sentinel report.
Nevels began the enterprise as a farmers market enterprise then launched a meals truck in 2022. This summer season he is increasing with one other meals truck and is already booked for appearances from March by means of October.
It began when he started making avocado toast for his breakfast and it dawned on him there have been no meals vans providing the fare.
