Milwaukee foodies who love the Heirloom MKE meals truck will probably be joyful to listen to the model is increasing with a brick-and-mortar location in Bay View.
Homeowners Pete and Jess Ignatiev plan to open the restaurant, referred to as Heirloom Bay View, this summer time and can mirror the meals truck’s philosophy of supporting group and providing an inclusive setting, in line with an OnMilwaukee report.
“We determined that we actually needed the expertise of a full-service restaurant the place folks can actually get to know us,” Jess Ignatiev informed the information outlet “The place they will see extra of who we’re by our decor, our meals, our cocktails and the music that we play.”
