Calling it a “KFC twist on an Irish cult basic,” KFC serves up the KFC Hen Fillet Roll–a baguette full of slices of crispy-fried Unique Recipe rooster breast fillet–over in Eire.
Along with the Unique Recipe fried rooster slices, the KFC Hen Fillet Roll additionally comes with cheese, lettuce, and black pepper mayo.
There’s additionally a spicy model referred to as the “Zinger Fillet Roll.” It consists of spicy Zinger fried rooster slices, cheese, lettuce, and spicy Supercharger sauce on a baguette roll.
The sandwich was first launched as an Eire-only menu merchandise again in June of 2021. Apparently, rooster fillet rolls are a preferred merchandise at Irish delis and fuel stations.
