A meals truck operator in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is launching a bodily restaurant within the city of Franklin.
Thomas Inexperienced, who has been working the Mr. Greens meals truck since 2020, will likely be opening his brick-and-mortar location at 7740 S. Lovers Lane Highway, in response to a report on the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
Inexperienced was named the 2021 Elkhorn Ribfest Champion and launched his truck after shedding his job when his employer closed the enterprise.
“I did not know what to actually do subsequent, but it surely was in my thoughts simply to leap out and be an entrepreneur,” Inexperienced instructed the information outlet. “Dropping my job type of pushed me into my future.”
