Spanakopita Egg Cups – The Rose Desk


In search of a wholesome, make-ahead breakfast? Make my Spanakopita Egg Cups impressed by certainly one of my favourite Greek dishes, Spanakopita.

I like my Bacon and Cheese Egg Cups a lot that I made a decision to increase the idea for a wholesome spinach and feta model. That is the right make-ahead recipe to meal prep on Sunday and luxuriate in all week lengthy!

12 eggs
Salt, pepper
1 package deal frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup feta cheese
