This blush-colored riff on one in every of James Bond’s favourite drinks will get its beautiful hue—and kicked-up taste—from hibiscus rose bitters. The frivolously candy, subtly floral extract performs fantastically with the standard components featured in a basic Vesper Martini: gin, vodka, and Lillet Blanc.

Time: 5 minutes
  • 3 oz. dry gin
  • 1 oz. vodka
  • <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>2</sub> oz. Lillet Blanc
  • 3 dashes hibiscus rose bitters

Directions

  1. To a cocktail shaker crammed midway with ice, add the gin, vodka, Lillet Blanc, and hibiscus rose bitters. Shake till chilled, about 15 seconds. Pressure into a calming coupe or martini glass.
