A grocery cashier instructed me years in the past that I eat extra mangoes than anybody in my county. What can I say? I really like mangoes! They style so fancy, they’re fairly long-lasting on the counter, and so they’re full of vitamin C. What’s to not love?
I don’t know why mango bowls aren’t a factor. How lovable is that this!? I scooped the fruit out of two mango halves, leaving two juicy little mango bowls which can be excellent for yogurt.
The chances listed below are infinite. Kiwi, pineapple, or blueberries can be scrumptious additions and naturally, you can use vanilla and even peach yogurt in the event you desire. Get inventive with it!
Coconut Yogurt Mango Bowls
1 mango
1 6-oz container coconut yogurt
2 Tbsp granola
1 Tbsp shredded coconut
- Slice cheeks off of mango. Run your knife across the edges of every mango half, leaving a mango border. Scoop many of the fruit to type mango bowls. Lower the eliminated fruit into small items and put aside.
- Spoon coconut yogurt into every mango bowl. Prime with reserved mango items, granola, and shredded coconut. Take pleasure in!
