Maple Cookies
For the cookies:
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, at room temperature

For the Maple Frosting:
3 cups powdered sugar
1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp maple extract
2 Tbsp milk
- In a big bowl or stand mixer, cream collectively butter and sugar on excessive. Combine in egg and vanilla and maple extract. Add flour, baking powder, and salt and blend simply till mixed.
