Bonnetti Mac & Cheese, Homestyle
- 8 oz Al Dente Golden Egg Bonnetti
- 1 c. skim or 2% milk
- 1/4 c. lowfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Boil generously salted water for bonnetti. Add pasta to water as soon as delivered to a boil and cook dinner for five minutes, till al dente.

In the meantime, soften butter in a saucepan, being cautious to not burn.

Add flour, garlic powder, and salt to melted butter. Stir till nearly brown.

Add milk to saucepan, stirring always.

Add Greek yogurt. Stir, and warmth on medium-high warmth for five or so minutes till combination thickens.

As soon as combination has thickened, cut back to low warmth, and add cheese, permitting it to soften.

As soon as cheese combination is melted, add cooked pasta.

Serve instantly and luxuriate in!
