Shake Shack’s Bourbon Bacon Jam Burger options an Angus beef patty, American cheese, crispy-fried onions, ShackSauce, and bourbon bacon jam made with Maker’s Mark Bourbon, served on a potato bun.
Costs for the burger varies but it surely goes for $9.59 for a single patty and $11.69 for a double patty close to me.
Apparently, bacon jam is made by slow-cooking bacon, onions, vinegar, brown sugar, and spices (together with Mark’s Mark on this case), after which working it by means of a meals processor.
