Snow day cardamom oat crepes for the kiddos and the entire fam.
Made with healthful components and completely delish.

- 1 cup of oat flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 eggs
- a pinch of salt
- a touch of vanilla
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- floor seeds from 2-3 cardamom pods (or 1/4 tsp floor cardamom)
- a small dollop of butter
Methodology
In a meals processor, mix oat flour, milk, eggs, salt, vanilla, honey or maple, and cardamom till easy and lump free.
Heat a crepe pan or skillet on medium warmth. Add butter and brush evenly to coat the pan.
Add 1/4-1/2 cup batter and swirl to make a skinny crepe. After 1-2 minutes gently flip the crepe. I need to admit a protracted and skinny crepe spatula works rather well right here!
Prepare dinner for an additional minute or so till you’ve got a pleasant golden brown lattice sample.
Fold right into a triangle or roll together with your fav fillings (toddler loves almond butter in hers).
