On June fifteenth, 2023, a male was captured on surveillance parking and exiting his car within the 400 block of Queens Avenue. The male proceeded to stroll to a property fence and tore down a PRIDE flag, stomped on it after which proceeded to throw it within the rubbish. The male was driving an older mannequin Ford Fusion with the entrance bumper lacking and the block heater twine protruding from below hood.
