Whereas within the residence, a male unknown to police arrived and BOUTILIER directed him to sexually assault his ex girlfriend. Police have been unable to find and arrest BOUTILIER for his involvement. A warrant of arrest has been issued for Matthew Micheal BOUTILIER as his whereabouts are unknown right now.
