Max Armstrong shares a subject that Zippy Duvall, president of the American Farm Bureau Federation, explored throughout his opening remarks for the group’s assembly in San Juan, Puerto Rico – Waters of the US, or WOTUS. Duvall notes that within the first 36 hours after an alert issued by the group Farm Bureau members despatched over 3,800 messages to EPA to have a “seat on the desk.” The group’s members labored to tell the EPA farmers wanted guidelines that have been clear and honest, however Duvall says it seems farmers have been ignored.
