Creole Bites, a Haitian meals truck, will open in Springfield, Ohio. It is a testomony to the rising Haitian group within the metropolis, in response to a report by 91.3 WYSO.
The meals truck will serve entrees like braised and fried pork and tassot, which is both marinated beef or goat served with rice and beans and a vegetable stew referred to as legim.
