Serving its fare in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, it is owned by Chris and Joanna Glover who each boast massive expertise from barbecue cooking in Georgia, based on a SiouxFalls.Enterprise report.
“My granddad barbecued for the household and the neighborhood,” Chris Glover advised the information outlet. “After I met Joanna, her dad was actually the inspiration. He taught me all the basics, and I turned infatuated with it. I used to be 19 on the time. Through the years, our ardour for cooking developed. We took the normal recipes and put our personal spin on it.”
The menu options Texas-style brisket, pulled pork, spare ribs and smoked rooster all made with home made rub and there are three sauces: spicy, smoky and candy and basic.
Candy treats embody cream cheese pound cake.
