An all-day breakfast meals truck is opening this month in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
The truck, referred to as The Evening Owl, will serve up breakfast fare on Kiwanis Avenue, in accordance with a SiouxFalls.Enterprise report. The menu will function breakfast nachos and tater tots in addition to bacon-egg sandwiches completed with a twist (assume fried and jam).
The cellular meals enterprise is owned and operated by Lacey Haagenstad. The meals truck had been Chizlickers, a meals truck run by Haagenstad’s brother-in-law.
“I grew up in a restaurant, so I will do a whole lot of consolation meals,” Haagenstad informed the information outlet.
