  3. In a medium sized glass bowl, beat egg whites with salt till tender peaks type. Rigorously fold egg whites into cheesecake combination. Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips.
  4. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full with cheesecake combination. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on high. Bake at 275 for 20 minutes. Cool in tins; take away from tins and chill.
  5. When utterly chilled, make whipped cream in line with recipe under, then pipe onto cheesecakes. High every cheesecake with two Oreo “ears” and refrigerate till able to serve.

1.5 cup heavy whipping cream
