For practically 20 years Joseph and Debra Borsuk, a married couple in Southport, North Carolina have run a preferred Italian restaurant known as Joseph’s Italian Bistro.
Now the couple is increasing the enterprise with a meals truck technique.
The vehicles have been busy popping up at native breweries and companies, in accordance with a Solar Journal report.
“It is one thing we’re attempting to do slowly, to verify every thing is correct,” Joseph Borsuk advised the information outlet. “It has been nice to this point.”
The meals truck menu provides some restaurant favorites in addition to some sandwiches together with fried soft-shell crabs.
