Pieology revamps their pizza with the introduction of new dough and upgraded toppings in addition to new menu gadgets, together with the Mushroom Truffle Pizza, Calabrese Pizza made with Mike’s Scorching Honey, Garlic Cheese Bread, and Chocolate Chip Cinnasticks.
Pieology’s new dough is rolled and hand-stretched to order. The ensuing crust is supposed to be “higher tasting, lighter,” and “crispier.”
The Mushroom Truffle Pizza comes topped with olive oil, creamy Alfredo sauce, new premium Italian mozzarella, romano, and roasted mushrooms. It is completed with Truffle Zest after baking.
The Calabrese Pizza made with Mike’s Scorching Honey comes topped with olive oil, house-made crimson sauce, premium Italian mozzarella, romano, pepperoni, sausage, and jalapeno. After baking, it will get a drizzle of Mike’s Scorching Honey.
Pieology’s Garlic Cheese Bread options hand-folded dough, garlic herb butter, mozzarella, and romano. It comes with a facet of crimson sauce for dipping.
Chocolate Chip Cinnasticks consists of Home-Made Unique skinny crust topped with cinnamon-sugar, candy cream sauce, and Ghirardelli chocolate chips.
