On December 27, 2022 at 8:00 pm, police responded to a report of an intoxicated male inflicting a disturbance in a residence by destroying property. Others within the house have been unable to stop his actions from escalating and requested police intervene; nonetheless, the 50-year-old male acted aggressively towards police and threw a full bottle of beer at them. The officers weren’t injured.
With a purpose to acquire compliance from the male and arrest him, officers deployed a performed vitality weapon.
