On 2023-08-31 at 0200 hrs, police had been patrolling the 1100 block of 4th Road when a gaggle of people had been noticed appearing suspiciously and coming into a number of residential yards. A pedestrian cease was initiated with one of many people that was found to be intoxicated and in possession of a canister of bear spray, along with 1.5 grams of meth. A 31-year-old male was lodged at BPS and can be launched when sober with situations to look in courtroom on a future date.
