On the afternoon of 2023-04-17, police obtained a report of a white Ford E250 work van that was stolen from the 1600 block of Park Avenue. The car was positioned unoccupied and in a parking zone of a enterprise which was one block from the unique location. A examine of video surveillance revealed a suspect and shortly after a male was reported to be unlawfully coming into a car within the 2500 block of Park Avenue. Police positioned the male suspect and decided him to match the outline of the person that was captured on surveillance from the van theft.
