As introduced earlier, the THHL can be increasing by two groups (Miniota-Elkhorn & Rivers) this season. Miniota-Elkhorn strikes over from the NCHL whereas Rivers can have a senior staff for the primary time for the reason that 2018/2019 season after they participated within the North Central Hockey League. “We had fairly a number of native guys taking part in with different senior groups within the THHL, so we sat down and began to map out the potential roster and the bills, and after all of that it was fairly clear that we had an actual shot at bringing a senior staff again to Rivers” Ryan Lamb instructed bdnmb.ca.
In response to Lamb, Rivers will ice a younger, aggressive staff this 12 months. Included within the group is quite a lot of hardworking forwards and a powerful defensive group lead by former MJHL’ers Troy Heywood, Riley Shamray, & Ryder Richmond. Thus far they’ve had 4 practices and so they have an exhibition sport scheduled towards Wawanesa on Saturday October 15. Sport time is 8:00 PM in Rivers.
