Salt & Straw welcomes the new Chocolatiers assortment of ice cream for February 2023. The gathering is so-named because the ice cream chain partnered with a number of chocolatiers throughout the nation in creating the flavors.
Salt & Straw’s Chocolatiers assortment consists of the next varieties:
– Fran’s Almond Gold Bar – Chunk-sized items of Fran’s Almond Gold Bars blended into salted vanilla ice cream together with caramel and darkish chocolate stracciatella.
– Cloudforest Chocolate Ishpingo & Mango –Â A tart lemon verbena sherbet spiced with ishpingo (a cinnamon-like spice grown in Ecuador) swirled with a darkish chocolate ice cream created in collaboration with Cloudforest and a ribbon of mango curd.
– Dandelion Cocoa Nibs & Frangipane – Dandelion’s darkish cocoa nibs are steeped to create a shocking Roasted chocolate ice cream made with Dandelion’s darkish cocoa nibs blended with candied darkish cocoa and a frangipane swirl flecked with crushed almonds.
– Compartres Espresso & Love Nuts – Espresso ice cream with Compartes Love Nuts (pecans caramelized in Tahitian vanilla, sprinkled with sea salt, and coated in 14 layers of chocolate.
– Exquisito Guanabana Stracciatella – Guanabana sherbet with a ribbon of a darkish chocolate stracciatella.
