Scrambled Eggs with Garlicky Artichokes Recipe

Step 1

In a big skillet over medium warmth, soften 1 tablespoon of the butter. When it stops foaming, add the garlic and cook dinner till aromatic, 1–2 minutes. Switch to a medium bowl.
