Fern Creek, in Louisville, Kentucky, will quickly be house to a brand new restaurant by meals truck operator Lameshia Cunningham.
Cunningham, who has been working a seafood meals truck known as Candy & Juicy Seafood, hopes to open her restaurant at 8402 Hudson Lane in Fern Creek this winter, in accordance with a Courier-Journal report.
“It is excellent timing as a result of my meals truck simply closed for the season,” Cunningham advised the information outlet. “Folks do not actually wish to be out within the chilly ready for meals.”
The 1,600-square-foot restaurant will function 52 seats and two seating areas.
Her meals truck, which launched in 2019, serves up Cajun-style seafood boils. The restaurant menu will develop on the meals truck choices with hen boils, burgers and wings.
