Following 5 years of testing totally different model, Shake Shack launches the new Veggie Shack as a vegetarian-friendly burger that includes a veggie patty made with mushrooms, candy potatoes, carrots, farro, and quinoa.
The brand new veggie patty comes served with American cheese, crispy-fried onions, pickles, and ShackSauce on a toasted potato bun.
The Veggie Shack joins the Shroom Burger (which contains a crispy-fried portobello mushroom stuffed with melted muenster and cheddar cheeses) as Shake Shack’s present vegetarian burger choices.
