GRIDDLED ASPARAGUS WITH CHEAT’S CHIMICHURRI SAUCE LUNCH BOWL RECIPE

1 giant garlic clove, peeled and minced
1/4 tsp purple chilli flakes
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt or extra to style
INSTRUCTIONS:
Prep the sauce by finely chopping the herbs and mixing with the opposite sauce elements in a small bowl. Salt to style and put aside.
Fill a medium sized pot with sufficient water to cowl the potatoes, add one teaspoon of salt and boil the potatoes for 20-25 minutes.
