I simply love making fudge. I’ve made it yearly for Christmas since I used to be younger. It’s fast and straightforward to make and is so scrumptious! I hope you like this fabulous little recipe as a lot as I do.
Straightforward Oreo Fudge
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
4 Tbsp chilly unsalted butter, minimize into cubes
2 tsp vanilla
14 Oreo cookies, chopped
- Spray an 8″ sq. pan with nonstick spray.
- Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Pour sweetened condensed milk over chips and high with chilly butter cubes. (Don’t stir.)
- Microwave on excessive for 2-3 minutes, stirring each 30-60 minutes till chips have largely melted. Stir to complete melting.
- Combine in vanilla and chopped Oreo cookies, saving some Oreos for on high.
- Unfold combination in ready pan. Refrigerate till set (about 2 hours).
- Loosen the perimeters with a spatula. Flip the wrong way up onto a reducing board. Reduce fudge into squares and luxuriate in! Retailer in an hermetic container at room temperature.
