Tacombi debuts 1st Chicago location


Tacombi, which launched in 2006 as a taco-serving bus on the sands of the Yucatán and now operates 17 taquerias, has opened its first taqueria in Chicago.

The Mexican restaurant is positioned at 126 N. Peoria, close to the Fulton Market’s Restaurant Row, in keeping with a press launch.

“Our objective has at all times been to share and spotlight the fantastic thing about Mexican meals and tradition, and with Chicago being house to the perfect Mexican meals within the nation, we’re honored to share and be on this journey with the neighborhood,” founder Dario Wolos stated within the launch.

The taqueria spans over 3,800 sq. ft of area and company are greeted by a counter service the place they will place their orders. The area affords a retractable storage door that can be open throughout the hotter summer season months for al fresco eating. Tacombi can be open for lunch and dinner service seven days per week.
