Uncooked Kasha | The Rawtarian


Recipe Instructions

1. Slice mushrooms.
2. Place sliced mushrooms into a large, shallow bowl (or a plate with a deep lip).
3. Pour the soy sauce over the mushrooms.
4. Gently stir mushrooms till frivolously however totally coated in soy sauce.
5. Let mushrooms sit for roughly 5 minutes. (Stir occassionally if doable.)

6. Slice inexperienced onion

7.. Drain & rinse soaked groats. 

8. Put groats in a bowl.

9. High groats with mushrooms & marinade.

10. High mushrooms with inexperienced onion.

11. Garnish with sesame seeds.

I had buckwheat groats and sesame seeds that did not sprout so somewhat then allow them to go to waste I assumed why not make uncooked Kasha?!
