The Center Jap spice mix za’atar (which mixes sumac, oregano, sesame, hyssop, and different spices) flavors this straightforward cilantro-and-garlic dip. It’s ultimate served alongside roasted meats, or slathered on fresh-baked pita.

Time: 5 minutes
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. za’atar
  • 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch cilantro, leaves and high-quality stems
  • Kosher salt and freshly floor black pepper

Directions

  1. In a meals processor, mix collectively the oil, za’atar, garlic, and cilantro. Season to style with salt and pepper.
