ZA’ATAR & MAPLE SYRUP ROASTED CARROTS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS FOR THE CARROTS

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 200C/390F
Place the carrots in a big (excessive rimmed) baking tray. Cowl the carrots with the olive oil, maple syrup, za’atar, salt and pepper and toss totally till the carrots are evenly coated.
Roast for 25-Half-hour, or till the carrots begin to brown.
While the carrots are within the oven, mix the greek yoghurt, lemon juice, salt. Style and regulate seasoning to your liking.
